We host two annual arts festivals, “Arts & Bloom” in May and the “Artisans' Festival” in September. If you are interested in exhibiting, please complete and submit the application form.

Booth size will be 12' x 12' and cost for the 3 day show will be $200.00. Exhibitors will be responsible for their own display and materials required to set up a booth.

Original Work Only

The objective of the festival is to showcase and promote the sale of original designs and works by qualified artists & artisans. Imported products are not acceptable.

The shows are juried entry and each new applicant must provide the following with their application:

1. A minimum of 4 snapshot size photo prints or a website address where work can be viewed.
2. A brief bio and artist's statement.
3. A cheque made out to Kitty Coleman Woodland Gardens for the full booth fee.

Set Up

Exhibitors will be allowed to set up their booth display anytime on the Friday before the show (Dawn 'til dusk).

Participants must provide their own display materials. A canopy or other suitable covering is recommended. Electricity is not available. Exhibitors will be allocated a booth number prior to arriving at Woodland Gardens. Every effort will be made to allow exhibitors to drive their vehicle as close as possible to their exhibit space.

As this is an outdoor show, participants should be prepared for all weather situations. The show goes on rain or shine.

Show Hours

• The show will be open to the general public
• Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm
• Monday, 10 am to 4 pm
• No vehicles will be allowed on site until after 4 pm on Sunday.

Sales Procedures

• Exhibitors are responsible for their own sales.
• No commission or percentage will be taken.
• No telephones are available so exhibitors accepting credit cards must make their own arrangements for authorization.
• There will be an ATM service on site.

Acceptance Notification

Exhibitors accepted into the show will be contacted via phone or email. Applicants who have not been accepted will be notified by regular mail.

Kitty Coleman Woodland Gardens is located 15 minutes north of Courtenay just off the Old Island Highway. Access to the gardens is clearly marked by road signs.
